We have several different ways in which you can help us to raise funds, by donations, sponsorship of specific activities or by attending one of our events.

We would like to make sure that everyone who helps us to raise funds, either with thier time and effort or directly with their money recieves grateful thanks from the group. There are many people who we cannot name individually but you know who you are!

 

Sponsorship

Thank you card:  

All named sponsors / donors will receive a postcard from a child thanking you for your support which you are welcome to reproduce.

Photograph:

Sponsor a particular outing or activity and we will send you photographs of the children on “your” trip which you are welcome to reproduce.

Trip to Zoo
This includes the coach and entrance fee to a specially adapted zoo for those in wheelchairs or with sensory impairments.

Day trip to the Pyrenees
The group travel by coach up to the mountain village of St Savin and spend the morning in beautiful surroundings having a Mass in an ancient church and visiting the local cafe.

This is taken by a professional photographer and each child is given a copy to take home as a souvenir of their holiday.

Torchlight Procession
Each group member receives a candle (or glo-stick) to hold for the torchlight procession which takes place every evening in Lourdes and which we attend on Tuesday evening when, during HCPT Pilgrimage week, HCPT lead the procession, music and prayer.

Church Hire
Some of the churches we attend for Mass require a donation.

Each day we take the children to a French café to experience something of the local culture in a friendly environment and on our final day we have breakfast in our favorite one.
