Each year 2000 disabled or disadvantaged children and 3000 adults travel to Lourdes for a week just after Easter.
Group 14 has 15 helpers and we take 8-10 children with conditions such as Cystic Fibrosis, Cerebral Palsy, or children who are blind or deaf, and some who are from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Each group is responsible for raising the funds not only for the children’s fares (£790 per child this year) but also for the helpers (£700). We are always grateful to those who donate or help us to raise funds.
